A “Static Pool” is one (or more) phone numbers sharing the same name and Call Tracking settings. You may use a Static Tracking phone number anywhere you like: online or offline, on your website or Facebook page.
Assigning a unique phone number to each channel you wish to track will enable you to measure all the calls that channels generate along with actionable Call Detail Records and Call Recordings.
